Dealer Rater - This dealership and staff are excellent, I was well taken care of and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Sales representative Ali Fard was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the car I was buying and there was no pressure involved. Dealer Rater - Everyone was real friendly,helpful and polite. Salesman went over new added features

and manuel to new Accord. Amy was real helpful when it came to coverage on the warrenty and was real thorough with the paperwork. Would definitly recommend a new car to family and friends.

Dealer Rater - I used the internet sales and Dung Le was my salesman, he knew I had done my homework and so we very quickly came to an agreement and I was in and out in a couple of hours, it was just an amazing experiene, then I had financed my balance and Andy in finance did that for me and we went through everything very methodically and I was in and out and then someone helped me set up the bluetoothe and he was just wonderful. Dealer Rater - This is the sixth car I have bought from this dealership. I live in Madisonville, LA and Memo drove the car halfway to meet me; which I thought was above and beyond what should be expected. 

Ms. Ami Tran called me and arranged great financing options and made the paperwork process quick and easy.

Dealer Rater - This is the second Honda I purchased through R&S. Ray was great in hearing what I wanted and what I expected from him and he followed through perfectly. The majority of the exhange and the final agreement was handled over the phone and/or through email. Everything was exactly as promised when I arrived to sign. There was NO pressure and NO surprises. By now you’ve probably heard me talk about Russell & Smith Honda here in Houston.

To be exact, Russell & Smith off the south loop by Reliant Stadium.

I always like to point out the HUGE Texas flag immediately in front of the dealership.

Being from Texas, it always makes me smile when I drive by. And speaking of driving- there is a reason I’ve gone BACK to Russell & Smith to buy 4 vehicles.

My story is simple. It all started when I moved back to Houston from Dallas. I know, I finally wised up and moved to the better city in Texas. I should know, I’m from Houston.

I was looking for a new car (needed to get that Dallas air out of the old one..haha) so I decided to drop in to Russell & Smith Honda. If you are like me you probably don’t like high pressure sales tactics. That is always one thing I’ve dreaded when looking for a new car. I was shock and surprised when that didn’t happen to me at Russell & Smith. They actually had to close in order for me to leave that day- true story.

That was my first Accord. Mom was looking for a new car and I suggested Russell & Smith. She loved the experience and she too bought an Accord.

When it was time for me to make a change there was no doubt where I would go- Russell & Smith Honda. I ended up with a Pilot.

That brings us to my current vehicle. A vehicle I absolutely LOVE driving. My Honda Ridgeline. The “trunk space” beneath the bed of the truck. When my sales guy mentioned “it was big enough for tailgating needs” he wasn’t kidding. You can literally ice down the “trunk” (there is even a drain on the bottom) and start the party. I’ve never seen anything like that before in a truck. I was sold.

The moral of the story? Car buying doesn’t need to be a stress situation. It actually was fun when I discovered how cool the Ridgeline is. Maybe that’s why it’s been named Truck of the Year.

And maybe my experience is similar to so many other customers that Russell & Smith Honda was rated #1 in customer satisfaction in the big state of Texas. I couldn’t agree more.

So- if you are in the market for a new vehicle…why not make it a Honda. Better yet, a Russell & Smith Honda. And if you do stop by and even just test drive, send me your thoughts and comments about your experience at the dealership. I’d love to hear about it!

Dealer Rater - Great people, great price, quick services, no hassle, no play game. Definitely will give them referals. Ray Huddleston, internet manager is a great man to deal with. Bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey from them. Drove in @ 8:30 am, drove out in the van @ 11:00 am. Aprox. 2 hours.

Dealer Rater - I've bought 3 vehicles from Ian Nylander. I recommend him highly. It only took a couple of hours to purchase my new car (unlike the 5 hours I once spent at a Toyota dealership) I'm also very impressed with their Service Department and have all of my work done there.

Dealer Rater - I came here looking to trade in a car and use that money to purchase another one. While the trade-in didn't turn out as I expected, I was completely satisfied with the customer service at this establishment. The staff that helped me were extremely helpful, answering my questions thoroughly and giving me complete details on the vehicles that I were interested in. On top of being extremely helpful, Joey and Ami were very nice. They took their time to help me find my perfect car. This is the second vehicle that I've purchased from Russell & Smith Honda. As long as Joey and Ami remain on this staff, a third one (and maybe fourth) is definitely in my future

Dealer Rater - I gave this rating because Memo was very helpful for the whole sales process. I returned to him from a prior sale in 2008. He is courteous, he got back to me asap with all questions. He is respectful, and always seems to be looking out for my best interest. Heis a fine person and excellent sales rep

Dealer Rater - I have visited this dealership twice in the last 4 years. Bought a Honda Odessey and now a Pilot. Definitely enjoyed my experience. Why?
