Dealer Rater - I went to 3 dealerships in May to look at cars. Gilton is the reason I came to your dealership. He stayed in touch but wasn't pushy and was totally approachable. I started off wanting to buy the Mazda 5, but he talked me into the CX-9. And, I felt like the extra expenditure was totally justified. 

Gilton has stayed in touch since my purchase and I feel I can call or come by anytime to seek his help.

Dealer Rater - Shopping at this dealership was a great experience! Dealer Rater - Knowing we wanted a new CRV we looked around and even started our search at another Honda dealership. Not very impressed with the customer service or sales team, we left that dealership and started calling other dealerships the next morning. Luckily, Santos answered the phone! He listened to my husband over the phone, he gave us a price (about $1000 cheaper than the other dealership with exact same specs) and immediately started working with us before we left our house. Once we arrived everyone was very courteous; Santos showed us our options, pulled two CRV's for us to look at and test drive, reviewed features we weren't aware of before, and continued to listen to what we were saying. When it came time for financing options, Ami was wonderful, answered all our questions and was able to find us a great rate and, along with Santos, stayed within our monthly budget like we originally asked. This was by far the best experience we've ever had buying a car and I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! They have created two loyal customers for life!

Dealer Rater - I had the opportunity to obtain a quote on a 2011 Pilot EX from Jack Carney prior to visiting the dealership. Upon my arrival at the business, Jack took time out of his busy schedule to meet with me, and introduced me to Memo. Memo spent time with me discussing my needs, and we test drove a vehicle. He did an excellent job in explaining details and the options on the vehicle. After a vehicle was selected, a fair deal was finalized with Jack and Memo. Ami was very efficient in processing the paperwork to close the transaction. When the process was completed, the vehicle was ready to be delivered. Memo handled this task in a thorough and prompt manner, and I was in possession of my new vehicle.

Everyone I worked with was very friendly, courteous, and professional. No one ever attempted to pressure me in any manner. The experience was a pleasant one, and I will definitely refer others to Russell & Smith Honda.

Dealer Rater - My experience was efficient and friendly. I phoned in, was connected with a sales person. Described my needs and expected arrival time. When I arrived at the dealership, the car I was interested in was ready for a test drive. I drove home in the new car 2 hours later, very happy.
