"This is the second time within a year that we have purchased a car from Santos at Russell & Smith Honda. Never in our lives have we returned to a salesman to buy a second car. Santos' service stands above the rest. He was incredible knowledgable about all aspects of the cars we were researching. He was not pushy or "gimmicky." He listened and worked hard to make sure we got exaclty what we wanted. He even called to check that we got home safely and happily after we left the lot with our new car. We feel that we can come back any time with questions and he will not only be there, but he will know the answer or work hard to fill our need."
