I appreciated the recommendation from the Car Pro Radio program for Russell & Smith Honda located in Houston, Texas!

The Salesperson, Jon Moore, Finance Manager, Ami Tran, Finance Director Janet Cousins and General Sales Manager, Jack Carney, General Sales manager all demonstrated quality customer service. It was evident that the Finance Director had over 30 years of experience that added to an effective financial presentation and agreement. Each person spent quality time with me and made every effort to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. I appreciated the effort of Jack, as the General Sales Manager to acknowledge me as a customer and ask how I was feeling about my experience during the process.

I was presented with options to address unique issues that included a thorough explanation allowing me to make an informed choice. I have received multiple follow-up e-mails to confirm that I was pleased with the experience with encouragement to ask any additional questions. As a college level professor who emphasizes the value of customer service to students I will use my personal experience to enhance the learning environment for students across the nation.

I am very pleased with my Honda Civic Lx and I hope that the passion for quality customer service continues within the staff/family at Russell & Smith Honda!!
