"They gave me a good quote. I had to fly in to Houston to get the car. Dung came to Hobby Airport to pick me up. It is a Memorial Day and it was already 8:30PM by the time we reached the dealership from the Airport. They have worked after hours and got everything completed in 45min or so. "After working with dealers from Harlingen, Laredo and one other dealer from Houston, I almost decided to forget about buying a Honda vehicle because of the sales management being aggressive, deceitful and over-pricing the vehicle.I sent a E-mail to Russell and Smith and was contacted almost immediately by Tom Melanson and I was amazed with his professional approach. It was like a breath of fresh air He gave me a firm and fair price by internet on a Honda CRZ with all of the options that I desired. I expressed to him that I needed him to assure that the car was ready to drive off the lot when I arrived from Mission, Texas to Houston. Tom Melanson met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership and within an hour Tom and Debbie had completed all of the paperwork necessary for the business transaction. The car was clean and just what I expected. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of Tom Melanson and Russell and Smith dealership and would recommend them to anyone interested in a new vehicle. The quote from Russell and Smith was very strong and after doing research about them at DealerRater.com my family decided to make a visit. We met with Ray Huddleston and Fred Leber who were extremely courteous, knowledgable, and honest. They even held our 8 month old son, so my wife and I could look around the vehicle.
