"I was first looking for a slightly used Accord to avoid some depreciation. Russell & Smith came back with the quote for the used Accord I asked for, but also provided new Accord quotes. The quote for the new Accord was less than the used car price. (Maybe because Honda Certified used cars carry a longer warranty???) The lower new car price, combined with 0.9% financing and a Honda Accord Loyalty Program discount, was enough to get me into the dealership to make a deal. 


Once in the dealership, I was well treated. By that I mean Tom was considerate of my time - not wanting me to wait longer than necessary. When I did have to wait, I observed employees opening doors for customers on three occasions and showing sincere interest in helping an elderly couple understand their new vehicle.

Finance was straightforward and smooth. Andy courteously communicated the optional warranty plans without any hard-sell tactics. Paperwork was well organized - one of the shortest form signing events in car buying I've ever had.

Picked up the car that evening. It was ready when requested and had a full tank of gas. Tom answered any remaining questions and the car performed perfectly on the drive home."
