Our 2002 Honda Accord broke down after a few years good use (we bought it second hand), so we took it too the shop to have a diagnostics run. The service department was excellent at getting the information I needed to me as quickly as possible. They were very up front about the cost of repair, the cost of parts, and the cost of services. We decided that we did not want to put the money into the car when we did not see a lot of longetivity left in the vehicle, so we shopped around to buy a new car. We ended up returning to the Honda dealership and we were extremely happy with our experience. We were not ready to spend the money on a new car, but the dealership made us very comfortable and were up front about the price. From start to finish, the experience took less than an hour. Compared to other Honda dealerships in Houston, this was by far the best. We had horrible experiences at Sterling McCall in Humble, so it was refreshing to be treated so well. Thanks!" -Elizabeth A.
