Treating women customers right is an issue that never seems to go away in the auto industry.It’s not all about the hardware, says Delia Passi, an expert in marketing to women, the founder of WomenCertified and the CEO of Medelia Inc., of Hollywood, Fla. She’s also the former publisher of Working Woman and Working Mother magazines.
“She wants the same things he does. In the process, she wants to be treated with respect,” Passi said in a recent interview.
WomenCertified this month identified a list of dealerships that performed well with female respondents on customer satisfaction surveys, including the all-important measure whether they would recommend the dealership to others. Here’s a link to the WomenCertified list of car dealerships.
