"Bought last 7 Honda's and reccomended Goodson/Spring Honda,NEVER AGAIN. The people at Russell-Smith took care of ALL our needs. They offer a very good product(that's a given) but their customer service ethics were very much noticed by my wife and I. Driving home we forgot about the vehicle we purchased and talked about the way we were WOWED by their associates. It's been a long, long time that I have ever felt good about spening our hard earned money with a vendor, but I had no problem in doing so with Russel-Smith. I was so satisfied that I went back the next day to brag to GM Jack Carney on his assoiciates. I live in Spring, believe me it's worth the drive to be treated as well as we were!
